Who would go to this length to make rental house this cute? Well my friend, this guy would, because well, he cares.

From the moment I saw the house, I was in love with it and knew I needed to breathe life into its classic bones again (it's as if we marinated the house in that pool from Cocoon, but better!).

There is a beautiful new wooden fence between the front of the studio and main house so that the studio and main house have their own private entrances. This is ideal if you want to... use the studio as your office, where you can see clients but keep them out of your living space; keep a wall between you and your visiting in-laws (razor wire extra), etc.

As you can see, Lakewood Villas is a truly unique home which has tremendous flexibility to accommodate your family, social, health and professional needs.
