Rosanne Catanzaro is the Broker/Owner of Home Station Realty a single agent brokerage she founded in 2012, based in Boca Raton, Florida.  Home Station Realty is a certified National LGBT Chamber of Commerce business enterprise.  Rosanne specializes in listing, marketing and selling residential single and multi-family properties throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties in Southeast, Florida.  Rosanne has been a licensed Broker and REALTOR® in the State of Florida since 2003.

In 2018 Rosanne successfully completed the required curriculum and earned her (PSA) Pricing Strategy Advisor certification by the National Association of Realtors®.  A “PSA” residential agent has enhanced skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.  Rosanne strategically finds the correct price through a comprehensive comparative Market Analysis (“CMA”).

In 2017 Rosanne earned her (SRS) Seller Representative Specialist Designation.  The SRS designation is recognized by the National Association of Realtors® and the premier credential in seller representation.  The SRS designation elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller representation.

In 2013 Rosanne earned her (ABR®) Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation.  Rosanne was required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.  

In 2006 Rosanne earned her e-PRO® Certification which establishes her as an Internet savvy marketing professional. Rosanne utilizes Social Media Marketing and top real estate websites on all company listings which leverages sphere-of-sphere networking with existing and prospective buyers and sellers.

In 2005 Rosanne earned her (GRI) Designation.  The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation indicates to buyers, sellers and other real estate industry professionals that Rosanne has made a commitment to provide a high level of professional service to her clients by securing a strong educational foundation.
